Upgrade Shimano 11-spd rear derailleur system SLX (M7000), XT(M8000), XTR(M9000), and only change 52T or 50T with 16T sprocket to reach 473% (52T) and 455% (50T) super mega range gear ratio on climbing and descending.  52T or 50T sprockets will be helpful, instead of spending too much money for changing lots of parts, the 52T/50T sprocket will help to get rid of the troubles.  The 16T sprocket replaces 15T and 17T to make well-shifting in the cassette progression.  The new combination reaches the super mega range gear ratio for optimum performance.
